My Approach

Everyone who walks through these doors is treated with respect. Various therapy models are incorporated and utilized based upon each individual need including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

About me

I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every person. That is my definition of love. And that is how I practice. I have been influenced by many great leaders including Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr., Dr. JC Chambers, Brent' Brown, and Richard Schwartz.

Getting Help

Help is within reach, right here in our community. When you find yourself worrying excessively, when you are struggling with sleep, when you just need someone to talk to, help is just around the corner.
